All our food is freshly prepared to order and made in small batches with great care. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and ready to eat, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or taste preferences.

We take every effort to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. If, however, your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or has a quality concern, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery or collection so we can make it right.

How to Report an Issue

Please email hennyskitchen@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll advise if a replacement, credit, or refund is applicable.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.


Non-returnable items

  • Fresh and ready-to-eat meals, snacks, or sweets

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products not stored or handled as per our instructions
