1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery across selected Melbourne suburbs.
If you are outside our regular delivery area, please contact us before placing your order to check if delivery can be arranged.


2. Delivery Partner

We use a trusted external delivery company to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message or call from the delivery driver (or delivery partner) confirming your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier schedules.
Henny’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the delivery company.


3. Collection Option

Orders can also be collected directly from our kitchen in Hallam, VIC, strictly by prior arrangement.
Collection details and time slots will be provided upon confirmation of your order.


4. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • If the address provided is incorrect or inaccessible, additional delivery fees may apply.

  • If no one is available to receive the order, it may be left in a safe place, depending on the product and delivery conditions.

Because our products are fresh and perishable, they should be refrigerated or consumed promptly upon delivery.
