Baath cake is a classic Goan delight, made of semolina and coconut. It is a dense, moist and delicious! It is also known as Bathk or Batica and is traditionally made at Christmas and festive occasions but can be enjoyed all year round. It is not very sweet and is a lovely accompaniment at tea time.

Ingredients: Semolina, Flour, Eggs, Coconut, Milk, Butter, Cardamom, glazed cherries maybe used for garnish
