Goan Caldine Simmer Sauce

A ready-made Goan curry base inspired by the traditional mild and creamy Caldine curry. Made with coconut, gentle spices and a subtle tang, it takes the work out of preparing this much-loved Goan dish. Traditionally paired with fish or prawns, it is also delicious with chicken or vegetables.

How to use:
Pour the sauce into a pan and heat gently. Add approximately 500g of fish, prawns or vegetables and simmer until cooked through. Serve with steamed rice for an easy Goan meal.
