Mumbai-Style Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce

A rich and velvety Mumbai-style curry sauce inspired by one of India’s most loved dishes. Made with tomatoes, aromatic spices and a creamy finish, it is smooth, mildly spiced and full of comforting flavour.

How to use:
Brown approximately 500g of diced chicken in a pan. Pour in the sauce, stir well and simmer gently until the chicken is fully cooked.

Alternatively, warm the sauce separately and pour it over cooked chicken tikka, tandoori chicken or roast chicken and simmer.

Serve with steamed rice or naan.
